Subscription plans from €79/mo. Discovery is match-only. Workspace (€399/mo) drafts on a key you bring; Agency (€1,900/mo) is multi-client Discovery plus branding. Annual saves ~17%. Success kicker is in terms; invoicing begins once award attribution is live.
VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How the success kicker works
On Workspace and Agency, subscription terms include a 1.5% success kicker on verified awards we attribute to your submitted drafts, capped at €25k per award. Discovery has no kicker. Kicker invoicing is not active yet — we are validating attribution quality before billing. When live, invoices issue only after a binding funder decision and a 30-day dispute window.

Frequently asked questions
Does Sovvento file applications for me?
We prepare portal-mapped DOCX or PDF packs mapped to official operators (EU Funding & Tenders, RVO, FFG, CDTI, Invitalia, and more). You file in the official portal and upload proof so Sovvento can track the submission. Agency plans can store portal logins in a credential vault; that is assisted login, not Sovvento filing the form. We do not offer automatic filing.
When is the success kicker charged?
When award attribution is live: only after the funder publishes a binding award decision and our reconciliation matches the recipient to a draft you submitted through Sovvento. You will have 30 days from the attribution notice to dispute before an invoice finalises. If the award is later clawed back by the funder, the kicker is refunded. Today we are in attribution shadow mode — no kicker invoices are issued yet.
Is the €25,000 kicker cap per award or per year?
Per award. A single €3M grant tops out at €25,000; if you win three €3M grants in the same year, you pay €25,000 on each (€75,000 total), still well under the value delivered.
Is there a free trial?
Workspace includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. Discovery and Agency are paid from day one. The live match feed is scored without an LLM; Workspace drafts run on a key you bring.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person in your organisation. Workspace includes 5 seats (€49 per extra Workspace seat / month). Agency includes 10 seats (€99 per extra Agency seat / month). Discovery is a single seat. Add extra seats from the Seats page after you subscribe.
What happens if I hit the draft quota?
Each tier has a soft and hard monthly cap (Workspace 50 / 200; Agency 200 / 500). When draft overage billing is enabled, drafts between soft and hard are billed at €15 on Workspace and €10 on Agency. Until that meter is on, those drafts are included. Above the hard cap, drafting is paused until the next billing period or you upgrade.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every draft, submission pack, and match decision is available as JSON or PDF via the dashboard. On cancellation we retain your data for 30 days for reactivation, then permanently delete it. See the DPA for full retention terms.
How does VAT work?
Stripe collects VAT automatically based on your billing country and VAT ID. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged. Invoices are issued from our Irish entity.
How do I cancel?
From the dashboard, Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no proration, no clawback. You keep read-only access until the period ends.
